Frank Carter III, vocalist known for Ivy Lab collaborations, dies

Frank Carter III, the vocalist known for his collaborations with electronic music artists such as Ivy Lab, has died.

Tributes have poured in for the musician, who first collaborated with the members of Ivy Lab – Sabre, Stray and Halogenix – on the 2012 track, ‘Oblique’, on Critical Music. He’d go on to feature on other tracks such as  ‘Afterthought’ and ‘Soul Sista’. Over the years, the Virginia-born, New York-based artist would go onto work with various other artists in drum & bass and house music, including Pola & Bryson, Enei and Adred.
