Cosmic Gate part ways after 27 years of releases, tours and unforgettable sets. The duo posted a statement on their Instagram page stating that Bossi will be stepping down and Nic will continue into a new era of Cosmic Gate, solo. They shared that “New music is already in motion, ready to unfold and shape what comes next”, suggesting that Nic will be taking the music into a different direction.
Formed in 1999, the duo has had massive success with tracks such as “Fire Wire” and “Exploration of Space” and an extensive career that’s landed them Grammy nominations and a seat in Trance’s history books.
The pair expressed their gratitude towards their fan base and for the career they’ve had together and will conclude with final shows at A State of Trance, Rotterdam and You as One, Manchester.
